The Lord is not coming back until the earth has received a restitution of all things because Jesus is not coming for a weak and crying church; neither is He coming for the Church that wants to escape. He is coming for a glorious church that does not have wrinkle, spot or anything that looks like it. He has made provision to make the Church become that which He intends. He has provided for the expectation in Him and He will receive the standard He is expecting the Church to come into. His standard cannot be compromised.

Acts 3:21

Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. 

There is the original spirit of the prophet and prophecy that has directed the course of a righteous nation on earth to be as He intended. The attitude of the Church will determine the end of times. The last days of the earth began when Jesus was taken up (that’s like 2 thousand years ago) and we are still in the last days; though it may span thousands of years, His words will still remain relevant because it was created to take over time. The Church must catch the moment that we are in so as not to spend many years on earth. It is possible for the church to stay till thousands of years to come if it fails to fulfill God’s intention for the earth to finally come. Jesus has put the answer in the Church and she is expected to provide the answer in this time.

An average believer must hold faith with a pure conscience. 1 Timothy 1:19, ‘Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck: 

 3:9, ‘Holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. 

John 13:8-18

Washing is a process that has termination. It is possible for a man to be washed completely; washing can be thoroughly done. Jesus Himself made this known and what He says is the exact thing in the mind of God. John 3:34, ‘For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.’ He has the fullness and entirety of the Spirit and does not speak it in measures but exact. That is why He is called Rabboni; which means teacher of teachers. Man can stay with anything Jesus says and only find it to be true irrespective of the amount of time it is perused; No one has ever faulted His words.

The very core of the message of the Gospel is the words of Jesus. He is the Way, Truth and Life; the same yesterday, today and forever. Hebrews 13:8. The world cannot find the way to the Father because they do not know it. He is the Savior of the world and His saving grace cannot be denied. He washes a man and does so completely.

John 3:14

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 

The ministry of washing the saints’ feet is not for pastors alone but for all deacons; anyone that cannot wash feet of the saint is unfit to be a deacon. A man must have water to wash feet because the saints must be clean and cleaner every day. When the lives of people around you are growing worse by the day, it shows you are unfit to attain this status. 1 Timothy 5:10, ‘Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints' feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.’ The gift of relieving the afflicted is not a pastoral gift; it is got by growth. This gift does not make a ‘man of God’. Timothy’s ministry/job was to raise such men who have the ability to wash the saints’ feet.

God expects that we will serve one another. It is possible for a man to be washed and completely clean. The first washing is just by water but the latter requires much more; this job is done by the priest. Only those that are completely clean need continuous cleaning; the saints must be completely clean without any form of stain.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11

Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. 

 

This is not the washing/sanctification that happens at new birth. Abstaining or cleansing is the sanctification; truth must be believed before Grace can be experienced. We are sanctified as children (separated from the unbelieving world through Faith) but we are yet unclean with washing. Sanctification is realistic and experienced by faith; Jesus Christ provided for our sanctification. Without sanctification, a church cannot become glorious. The Church has lost sight of sanctification and fell for the deceitfulness of sin which is a lie. Sin uses false peace as a bait to lure the Church. We need a generation that believes that a man can be washed. We access a path for the enemy when we disbelieve what Jesus provided.

1 Thessalonians 4:3

For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: 

We must not use our experience to justify Jesus; our experiences are untrue but Jesus is true throughout all ages. We should not be afraid by anything but accept what Jesus did; this is the beginning of Salvation. What Jesus has done is higher than all our experiences put together. Disbelieving what Jesus did and believing our experience is insulting the Grace of Jesus that a man can be free. The darker the world grows, the more the evidence that Jesus died to make man free and a man grows in freedom.

This season will be a season where the darkness of doubt will grow; it is time to raise words that expose the state of a soul. Jesus washes the mind and the heart. The job of the epistles is about renewing the mind compartment of the heart. It will take a lot of washing to get the strength to stay the things that need to be said. It is possible to be a pastor and bishop and still attempt to lie; for there is lie at different levels. Washing must have been done to make a man speak truth rather than lie.

Ephesians 4:15-19

But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. 

The clear/complete washing should be done by the Body; it is the major job of the gifts of the Body (Apostles, prophets, Evangelists, pastors and Teachers) to ensure that every single saint is washed. If the gifts are functioning in their ministry of washing, how abundant shall the water be. The primary job of the gifts of Christ is ascension and there is no ascension without washing. Truth is the instrument for washing; the Word of Truth is for washing. John 17:17. Jesus gave them the Word, which is Truth. There should be plenty water speaking the Truth for men to grow up to God because the nourishment for the Church lies in the water.

Washing is feeding. As the earth is being fed with water, it is being washed. The whole body is meant to be fitly joined together to be washed. However, many of the gifts in the world today have become miracle and prayer center gifts. We therefore need to pray the more that the Lord will purify the gifts and purified apostolic gifts will arise. A true Apostle is known by the message he is sent with.

Ephesians 4:17-18

The work of the flesh is tied to the vanity of the mind. The devil ensures that the mind is cracked down until it becomes vain and totally disconnected from the Life of God. The vain mind is a darkened mind. A blind heart has the capacity to retain every form of darkness. The forces of the earth obey lie but to make it righteously, heaven will have to grant wisdom to overcome the lie. We need a new enlightenment that takes away ignorance that is bedeviling men in the world. The earth seem not to know what lie is because the saint has made their life (the world) seem more meaningful.

The gift of God cannot be purchased with money. Acts 8:20. We will see a generation that prospers by righteousness, whose strength is still intact. The water and blood are in Christ. Ephesians 4:21. The Truth is for the inward part; for mind renewal. The Truth, Christ, is in Jesus. The Truth in Jesus made Christ. No man will be washed thoroughly without Jesus. Without gazing on Jesus intently to be cleansed, man will only end up doing spiritism, religion and abstinence and still not be cleansed.

Jesus is the first person that got commissioned as a prophet in the spirit; every other prophet was commissioned in the wilderness, which always makes them wild. Jesus got commissioned in the city, for the Way proved Life is in him.  Only Jesus can open the depth of life to a man, no other religion can. Truth is in Jesus. The way to put off the old is to renew the mind. The Old man will not go away as long as the mind is not renewed. Only the Truth, Jesus, who is Christ can make the mind to put on a new man. 1 Peter 1:23. We must experience newness, which comes by complete washing. Ephesians 4: 25. When a man is being renewed, he is putting away. The renewal of the mind is the activity of the teaching of the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Titus 2:11-12. Grace comes by teaching; it renews the mind and weakens the root of lie.

A renewed mind opens the eyes to see that there is a way out of whatever circumstances around you. 1 Corinthians 10:13.  Jesus by his Grace can make us access power to deny ungodliness. Grace made Jesus who was rich to become poor so as to make the poor become rich. He condescended to be a man despite having the ability to take on any other form. May our minds be renewed in order to come into newness. Amen!
