2 Timothy 4:7

I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: 

In this race, we will have to run through our lives; there is no reaching a peak or final destination. Even after the crown of righteousness is laid for us eventually, we will not stop journeying in him. The crown is for those who finished their course. Apostle Paul received a crown after he finished his course. The heavens would not tell us when we are being crowned so as not to make us stop journeying. Finishing itself requires a lot of strength, which often brings a lifting to rest. But, the heavens want us to run through so as to encourage those running not to stop; that is why the spirit keeps urging us on.

John 3:13

And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. 

Those who eventually finish running at the end of the mark of the high calling still keep running. Even after being crowned on earth, Jesus described himself as the son of man who is in heaven (while he was yet on earth). It showed that we will be crowned even while we are still in the body. The son of man, who came from heaven, was in heaven even while on earth. What you become on earth is your reward. There is no house in heaven; it is a building already descending. Most times we quickly attain or affirm tenets of faith without enough revelation and we will fight with all we have to ensure that such tenets are not tampered with. However, these tenets defeat the essence of our calling, which is meant to raise a man that is higher than the earth- a heavenly being. The fathers of the faith will need to convene together to readjust all of these tenets by coming into the Word of Eternal Life because of Truth. Such fathers have been faithful with little light but God is commanding the light to shine out of darkness into our hearts. 2 Corinthians 4:6. In this season we must be raised to ascend. Our heavenly building must descend down to earth; we must wear the building in this earth; this is the expectation.

Acts 20:32

And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. 

Faith is designed to build. The Word of his Grace is the Word of his Faith because his Faith brings his Grace. Grace is a builder. His word is the word of grace. The essence of the Word is to build or raise up. We are buildings that are rising in the spirit; our spirit is rising. We can exist as a spirit, soul and body individually but our spirit and soul work more together. God wants to build that part of us that can exist without the body and this takes Grace. Jesus is full of Grace showing he is a building of Grace and what he gives to raise us up is Grace. He therefore has to bring the word of his grace or faith, which is knowledge of God’s son, to build us. It is when we are built up that we have rights to inheritance. Galatians 4. We must be built up to use our inheritance; we can’t remain as children.

The Word of Grace raises all of God’s witnesses. Hebrews 12:1; Ephesians 3:14. There are witnesses both in the terrestrial and celestial places. The inheritance is a common inheritance and they that inherit it must look alike. It is different from the gift of the Spirit which is not the same but diverse and not in the same quantity or pattern. The gift of the Spirit is not our inheritance because it is not part of us eternally; it will go away. Whatever is part of our inheritance cannot be lost because our vocation is in ages to come. The apostles and Jesus sacrificed themselves for such inheritance. This will make us joint heirs with Christ.  Romans 8:17.

Earthly needs are not part of our inheritance. The Father knows we have need of things on earth and he will give them to us. The father of the prodigal son knew he had a wanton spirit and gave him goods instead of inheritance, knowing if he gets the inheritance he will squander it. We are meant to inherit God; we are joint heirs with Christ because Christ himself is meant to inherit God.

Anyone that overplays or undermines revelation is an enemy seeking to rob us of our inheritance and should be avoided. Revelation is understanding and not high sounding words. Whatever Christ went through, we will also go through it in our own way; not his own. Jesus suffered for us to enable us suffer with him. Whatever he experienced, we must also experience. Whatever is our own way of suffering must sum up together to the suffering of Christ. 1 Peter 4:1. We can’t be one with resurrection, if we are not one with crucifixion. That is why those who suffer the more by their arrangement are more glorified. The heavens had to take another person, Paul, who is not Jesus and raised him as pattern so that we can believe.

Acts 26:16-18

But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. 

We are unaware that we have an old man/soul that was never enlightened; we do not know faith as what enlightens. The powers expressed here such as opening of the eyes and deliverance are going to happen by faith. They are faith inheritance, cleansing and purification. Faith can open the eyes by Light, which is different from the laying on of the hands. The faith that cleanses the eyes is light that comes by revelation. Romans 1:10. The Faith is an eye opening faith.

The Faith that is in Christ is a sanctifying faith that takes away darkness from us. Darkness itself is a knowledge that is not of Christ. It causes men to have ignorance that disconnects them from the Light of God and makes men wise in this earth. It gives men a knowledge that is not of Life and weakens men towards the Light that is of God, but energizes them in the light of the world. The major problem Apostle Paul dealt with in this letter to Timothy was to ensure that things capable of attacking faith were dealt with. Our parents would have been able to move from faith to faith if they knew they still had darkness in them when they believed. 1 John 1:8. It shows that certain understanding is yet to be in us, which shows we still have some darkness in us which is not of faith.

1Timothy 1:1-2

Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Saviour, and Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope; Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord. 

The commandments of God our savior and that of the Lord Jesus Christ are our hope. The Sonship is that of faith and that is the first pedigree of appearance. What Grace will build first is the stature of faith, which is also the tree of righteousness. Isaiah 61:3. The tree of righteousness is not the tree of God, but the planting of the Lord. This is different from the tree of Life which is the stature of God. Faith is designed to build righteousness stature; it the revelation of God’s righteousness from faith to faith. Romans 1:17. When it is being built, it is called the tree of righteousness and that is why he is being God, the Lord of righteousness.

Jeremiah 23:6-7

In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS. Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt; 

Righteousness is a stature of Lordship. The Lord had to bring them up to lead them out. However, Moses brought them out but couldn’t bring them up. Faith is to place us in the first level of inheritance in our land. When a man masters faith he becomes a tree of righteousness which is the raising of the building. What Christ is to raise in us is the tree of righteousness, which must come from faith to faith; by living by that faith, we grow by grace.

Romans 8:24

For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? 

When the Faith comes, it comes as hope and it can place us to receive the substance of our hope, which is Christ. Hebrews 11:1. This hope is the hope for Christ, which can be seen and understood. We can understand the law of death and of resurrection. The one we do not understand, we need to wait for it patiently, because it will eventually come. Using our religious mindset to understand faith will kill the faith. If we attain to faith tree, we are leaders and will come out with reasoning and wisdom that are powerful, and is capable of teach both the wisdom of this world and that which is to come. The Faith is more than devotion; it is divine enlightenment. This enlightenment engages the mind and gives life also to natural things, but we do not glory in these things.

1Timothy 1:3

As I besought thee to abide still at Ephesus, when I went into Macedonia, that thou mightest charge some that they teach no other doctrine, 

We all begin with faith but some who lack the capacity to continue in faith through the Grace of patience, often veer off into other things/doctrines. To hold to the end takes understanding. It goes beyond our religious devotion but understanding. The doctrine of our Lord shows grace and faith. What is designed in faith is Godly building. If we cannot stay in the place of waiting and patience, we will end up balancing it up with fables and endless genealogies and stories of the past/revivals. These are vain deceit which may look tangible but they are lies because they are not the Christ. It is often not easy to expose lie; Light will be needed to do that.

John 3:19

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 

It is not easy for men to give up their hope because such hope runs with and ahead of them and doesn’t get tired, even when men seem to be tired. One of the terrible things of deceit is ministry. The dealings, as a minister make one lose things that are called ‘our own’, even when it is underneath. Darkness is appealing because there are certain things that we want to do that cannot be done if it is in Light. As we shine in God’s Glory and enlightenment, there are things that are no longer permissible and cannot be done. If a minister embraces darkness (rather than Light), he can cast darkness on his hearers and makes darkness a normal way of life as they have been veiled and can no longer see. If we want to practice our vocation, we need to come to the Light where everything, including the darkness in us, is made manifest.

John 8:12

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. 

Darkness means other lights that can give hope of results that are faster than Faith, but such a hope is a deceit to make men keep their work in darkness. Anyone that follows Christ shall always have access to the Light of Life. We must not strengthen ourselves with fables. When a man is in darkness, he is ignorant of how dark the darkness is. Faith is the key way to hope and charity. We should not know any other thing than the key of faith. Isaiah 61:3. ‘Being glorified” means ‘being made known’. Our lives are expressing the Christ, because we are epistles written by the Spirit of the Lord. 2 Corinthians 3:3.
