I thank the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ
Who causes me to triumph in all things
For His unending Mercies whereby we are saved

The curse of sin against me is broken by Truth

My salvation is nearer now than ever

The Church of Christ waxes strong and confident

Peace is within thy borders oh Nation of righteousness
Godliness proceeds from you oh Nation exalted by Truth
Nigeria, you are sanctified by Truth
No longer will the wicked inhabit your borders
No more shall you be known for corruption
Your sons and daughters are purified by the water of the Word
