The Comfort of the Spirit
As we receive more of the Spirit, we ought to come into more meekness and lowliness. When we begin to see ourselves then we are not receiving more of the Spirit.
In this season, God wants man to inherit Him and this is the essence of the revelation of Salvation. The Holy Ghost is to bring down the kingdom of God to man as we cannot gain entrance into God's kingdom without the Holy Ghost. (Rom. 14:7)
The Godhead wants a company on earth, a company of people that can understand them, relate with them and embody them. The church of Christ can only be built by the Holy Ghost. (Heb. 8:10-11, Eph. 2:22, Matt. 16:18)
Heb 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
Heb 8:11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
The Holy Ghost comforts us through the revelation of Christ and of God. The Godhead do not reveal/speak of themselves but in revealing one another, they reveal themselves because they are one. (Jn. 16:7, 1 Jn. 5:7)
The manifestation of the Holy Ghost is not in miracles but in the revelation/understanding of Christ and God. This manifestation must gender towards Salvation, otherwise, it is not the Holy Ghost that is manifesting. (1 Cor. 12:7)
The evidence of fellowshipping with God is that our change will be manifest first in our individual houses and then in the house of God. (Matt. 11:29)
We cannot grow without the Holy Ghost as He is the one that ensures that what we are hearing translates into experience. We must continually reverence and honour the Holy Ghost as His presence abides with us when we do. (Eph. 4:30)
The Holy Spirit manifests Himself to us in various manners depending on the level of our growth. He manifests as the Spirit of Christ, the Spirit of the Father and also the Spirit of God but we cannot access such manifestation without receiving His manifestation as the Holy Ghost. (Rom. 8:9)
This is the season to know and come into the understanding of the person of the Holy Ghost. Through Him, we gain access to more depths and heights of God as there are realms/levels/strata in the kingdom of God, and we cannot gain access to these realms without the Holy Ghost. (Rom. 14:7, Jn. 16:13)
We must be born of the Spirit in this season. When we are born, we become extensions of the Spirit. We must permit the Spirit to carry us and to lead us wherever He pleases. (Jn. 3:6, Jn. 3:8, 4:24)
The Lord is seeking worshippers, who can worship in spirit and in truth, men who can stand and behold Him face to face. God wants us to come into the abundance of life which we cannot access without the Holy Ghost. (Jn. 4:24, Jn. 10:10)
