The Training of The Sons Unto Holiness
The Essence of Jesus’ Coming
It is a season where there is a worldwide fear but God has chosen places of safety for man. Religion does not reveal God even though every religion has a sense of piety. The purpose of Jesus’ coming is to make visible the invisible God. There is no man or religion on earth other than Jesus who came to reveal the invisible God.
John 1:18 (KJV) No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
Religion brings a sense of spirituality, however, spirituality can mean anything without the light of God. Jesus is the One who came from God to reveal God. The revelation of God would in the process make us spiritual in the true sense of it.
The Unveiling of the Invisible God
Revelation 4:6-9 (KJV) And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind. And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come. And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
The throne of God is signified by creatures who have a distinguishing feature of eyes inside and outside. ‘Eyes’ here does not mean that their bodies are covered with eyes but that they have full sight which is one thing lacking in most creatures.
Man lost the ability to see the invisible, which is God. Man has tried to see beyond his limitation but man has not been able to see the truth, which is God.
Ezekiel 1:6 (KJV) shows God as having four sides. It is not ordinary that there are four living creatures having four faces.
Every time Adam named something by revelation, it is “now”. This guarantees that throughout time there will be the revelation because it is the day of salvation.
Everyone knows there is a God in heaven but these elders just discovered that God is the creator of all things. In heaven, we cannot see as we would like because it is an invisible realm except that which we are permitted to see. Apostle John was permitted to see into the realm of the invisible.
The realm of the creator is invisible. There is always a pre-assumption of what the realties in the scriptures look like, but the appearance of Jesus is to make them visible. If the throne of God is not visible, salvation would be impossible.
The veil between the creator and the created cannot be breached by any man. The vision of Apostle John showed the true purpose of man is to breach the gap.
Luke 16:26 (KJV), The story of Lazarus and the rich man was to open our eyes to some assumptions of things in the scriptures.
Revelation 4:11 (KJV) Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
The word of life is going to come eternally because it is an everlasting gospel. What the eyes of the creatures were empowered to see is God’s holiness. Sight is the ability to discern separation, Separation which is the holiness of God.
Coming into True Holiness: The Call of God
Isaiah 6:1-3 (KJV) In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the LORD of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.
The seraphs saw God lifted up but they did not have sight to see God’s holiness. Isaiah also was not able to prophesy until he saw the holiness of God. There are realms of separation in the ascension of holiness.
The wave of worldliness purpose is to drive a generation to hell. Every religion survives by the existence of a book. God does not need a book but has raised witnesses. The bible is an amazing book of prophecies. The Lord of hosts has His glory.
The One who was, who is and is to come is the Lord Almighty. The Lord of Hosts is the Lord of peace; the warrior of peace; Christ. There is a need for man to know the one who is unchanging- the one who was, who is and who is to come. The earth will pass away but there is one whose years do not fail. He is the Lord, our salvation. He is the God to be inherited; the one that is to be sighted. This is the God whom Jesus said no one has ever seen at any time; the God who is our salvation.
In the program of salvation, one thing that must be understood when grace comes to us is to know that the realm of salvation is Holiness. The purpose of righteousness is to bring us to Holiness. The realm of God is Holiness; what is seen and what is used to relate in that realm is holiness.
The Pathway To Holiness
Hebrews 12:6-11 (KJV) For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
God’s dealings and training are meant to bring us into holiness. His gain is our holiness. The dealing of righteousness is that we might partake in holiness. We could get weary of the dealings of change because the process is continuous. One thing that must be calibrated into our nature is the ability to turn/change and come into a new level of separation.
Every system on earth has a peak but holiness will break our systems to reveal a new system of Holiness. We must love turning for that is our liberty. Liberty has phases and each phase of liberty is a place to turn in order to proceed to Holiness.
Embracing God’s Definition of True Holiness for Salvation
Luke 1:70-75 (KJV) As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began: that we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that hate us; to perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant; the oath which he sware to our father Abraham, that he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
What we have known about holiness is outward purity but the major point of holiness is being distinguished or being separate. one cannot just be separate unless he is made separate. Holiness cannot be attained without the revelation of righteousness. Holiness is not what is worn, it is what a man becomes in God. The place of salvation is where God is committed to us becoming holy.
In the realm of salvation, you are not received with your understanding of holiness. When a man fulfills the program of salvation for holiness, he is received into the realm of salvation. The training of sons is the process of being received into holiness. The major training of every son is to go through and appreciate the dealing of holiness.
1 Thessalonians 4:3 (KJV) For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:
Holiness is also sanctification; separation. Our separation is God’s will for us. Every Levite is trained to be disciplined in everything sometimes even to their detriment. Zechariah, the father of John the Baptist, and his wife were said to have been perfect before God; these are examples of the priesthood of Levi.
Luke 1:11 (KJV) And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense.
Angel Gabriel, an angel of the Lord and of His presence chose this location of the Holy place to show up. From the outer court to the holy place is about training, service, and duty. The angels could not stand unbelief in the holy place. The holy place is the sphere of our sanctification. Whatever is in the outer court cannot come into the holy place without sanctification.
The dealings of God with men in the earthly tabernacle is to show what goes on in the heavenly tabernacle. In our new birth, the training of holiness must become a part of our lives.
The Need for Embracing and Keeping God’s Processes/Order for Salvation
2 Corinthians 6:17-18 (KJV) Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, and will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
1 Corinthians 6:11-12 (KJV) And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.
Once we embrace holiness, the hope of salvation will not appear to be unattainable. We can take postures in our hearts that will not allow the hope to become alive, but we must not take postures that will hinder us. The angels have permanent veils that we can move beyond. Man has the ability to tread places angels are not allowed to.
As we journey, we must have heart postures that the Holy Ghost and wisdom can entreat to turn. Our estates must change in Christ constantly. The Lord of Hosts is a warrior and a conqueror that wars against our strength and our nature.
1 Corinthians 6:8-11 talks about believers that embrace the way of unrighteousness. The power of righteousness is the power to move us from revelation to revelation unto salvation. We move from one realm only when we have completed the processes of sanctification successfully. No man who uses his right can move forward in Christ.
1 Corinthians 6: 12-14 (KJV) – All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. Meats for the belly, and the belly for meats: but God shall destroy both it and them. Now the body is not for fornication, but for the Lord; and the Lord for the body. And God hath both raised up the Lord, and will also raise up us by his own power.
In order to move from one level to a higher one, we must do the things that are expedient. We can no longer live by our rights, even when they are lawful. We must use occasions rather than allow the occasion to use us; that is the realm of Christ’s sanctification. When we come into the realm of God’s salvation, what is heralded is holiness. We must regard, fear and embrace holiness the way angels do. Angels do not have space for men who break order. Order is also known as holiness or arrangement. Angels watch over order and judge disorderliness; that is their formation.
1 Corinthians 11:3-7 (KJV) But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head. But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered. For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.
This above scripture talks about an order. Our disorderliness in the spirit can make us judged by even angels.
Anyone who has the hope of salvation must come to a point where he cry “Holy”. It is a revelation or knowledge that makes angels cry “Holy, Holy, Holy”.
1 John 3:3 (KJV) And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.
There is a present appearance of the Lord to us at every point. Anyone who aligns himself with the appearance of the Lord is the one who purifies himself. When we keep the word of righteousness which is according to holiness, we are pacing toward salvation. If we do not keep our eyes on holiness, we will not complete the process of salvation. Change makes a man keep thoroughness.
A man who has hope will look for every means to be thorough. Salvation requires a thirst and racing for mastery, the desire to fulfill all pleasing. We have the hope to come into all pleasing; that is what Jesus died for.
The devil comes with threats and lies to prevent us from fulfilling all righteousness which is holiness. May we be strengthened with joy to walk in the way of Holiness, may we do righteousness until we are made Holy
